Circle of Change is a non-profit organization missioned with empowering the next generation to lead with integrity. They were looking for a solution to replace their current stack of more than 5 SaaS services. I built them a solution that handles everything from ticketing, registration, name-tag printing, and a mobile app for attendees.
A truly bespoke solution
Every existing solution either had feature overload, making it either too complex or too pricey, or did not solve all of this organization's needs. Moving data along the pipeline between applications manually also lead to unnecessary errors and human-hours being spent. Circle of Change reached 100% ROI on this project in less than 2 years, while expanding their capabilities.
A real source-of-truth
A dashboard for internal use allowed the team to have one source-of-truth for registration numbers, filter by onboarding stage, and execute bulk actions in seconds rather than minutes by manually filtering CSV exports from other platforms.
Both iPhone and Android apps were released to take place of the previous mobile app powered by Whova. This allowed only the features desired by Circle of Change to be implemented, while adding organization specific features.
